Welcome to the Glowin Warm-Up Class! We recommend doing this warm-up before every main or recap face workout. It gently releases tension in your masticatory and neck muscles and opens your lymphatic centers to support detox and healthy circulation. If you’re short on time, choose at least one stretching technique that feels most needed. For best results, try activating your lymphatic system every morning after waking up - then you can skip it in your warm-up.
