Cupping

Balancing, Whole face

Facial cupping is a powerful technique for anyone looking to: – Firm and tone the skin – Improve elasticity – Soften stubborn mimic lines and deep wrinkles – Boost skin radiance and even out skin tone – Reduce puffiness and stimulate lymphatic flow It works by gently lifting and releasing the tissues, increasing blood circulation, and stimulating collagen and elastin production at the cellular level. How to use it: I recommend doing cupping 1–2 times per week on the days when you’re not practicing Face Yoga. This gives your skin time to rest and respond to the stimulation, creating space for real transformation. Routine Breakdown: Lymphatic activation: 00:00 – 3:24 Myofascial release (with the ball): 3:25 – 5:20 Face cupping with M cup (suction-release + gliding): 5:21 – 13:00 Face cupping with S cup (for smaller areas): 13:01 – 17:03 Lymphatic drainage finish: 17:04 – 17:40 If you’re new to cupping and don’t have your set yet, you can find a link to purchase yours below the comment section. A few important tips: Always start slow and gentle - use light pressure with the ball to create a soft suction After 1–2 months, once your tissues adapt, you can gradually increase the intensity Be consistent, but give your face time to rest and recover between sessions Let me know how your practice goes - I’d love to hear about your experience!
