Welcome to Your Level 1 Recap Class! When to Switch to the Recap You should start the Level 1 Recap at the end of Week 1. If you’re not quite ready yet, take your time - return to the main class until you feel confident. Your workout schedule stays the same as in the main level - you’re simply upgrading to a shorter, more intense version of the same routine. These sessions are: - Shorter – No detailed explanations - Faster & more intense – You know the moves - More efficient – Ideal for quicker progress Once you feel confident with the full Level 1 workout, switch to this Recap Class and aim to practice 4x/week for best results. A Few Key Tips 1. Not feeling the muscles yet? Totally normal. Facial muscles may be atrophied and need about 14 days to reactivate. Stay consistent. 2. Feeling pain? This could be tension. Slow down, reduce intensity, and move gently. Increase effort gradually as your muscles strengthen. 3. Neck or shoulder discomfort? Keep these areas relaxed. If needed, try the Cat Eyes exercise lying down or with your head supported against a wall. Have a great session - and remember, your face is getting stronger with every workout!
