Welcome to Level 1: Activate This is the starting point of your Face Yoga journey. In this foundational class, you’ll learn three key exercises targeting the largest and strongest muscles in your face, skull, and neck. These movements activate, awaken, and release tension, laying the foundation for visible, lasting results. Your Focus for Week 1 - Use a mirror to check alignment and avoid compensation. - Go slow – move with precision and awareness. - Relax your neck and shoulders. If you feel tension, try doing the Cat Eyes exercise lying down or with your elbows resting on a table, head tilted forward, supported by your palms. - Avoid wrinkling your skin while holding poses. Before You Begin - Find a calm, quiet space. - Cleanse your face and wash your hands. - Do the exercises in front of a mirror to check your form - Take clear ""before"" photos (front and side, with consistent lighting) to track your progress.
